High Performance Multi-Stage Grease Extraction Duct Module

Complete duct module (including housing) for in‐line installation into a new or existing duct system carrying oil and grease laden air. The RK2 module consists of a powder coated steel housing with service door. The cabinet and bottom fluid reservoir are of leak‐proof welded construction. The reservoir features a sight glass and drain connection. Each RK2 module contains two stages of Oil Screen Separators mounted perpendicular to the air flow with provision for a third cell for heavy sub‐micron contamination. The separator modules can be removed for easy cleaning.

All Oil Screen separator modules and accumulators are washable non-disposable filters!

The RK2 duct module separators are ULC‐listed and the module must be installed in accordance with NFPA 96, CSA and all applicable national and local codes.

The RK2 duct module is a multi‐stage filtration device. The combination of separator modules and accumulators allows for loads with a large proportion of sub‐micron particles and accumulates them into larger, easier to separate particles for final elimination into a separator module.
