Kitchen Exhaust Filtration SystemThe Oil Screen kitchen exhaust filter system is a complete packaged system for commercial kitchen exhaust applications. It is specifically designed to filter all grease, oil, smoke and odours produced by the cooking process and contained in the air stream exhausted from kitchens. The system is ULC-approved for discharge of the filtered air at street level, out the side of buildings, into the general exhaust ducts from food courts and any application requiring the scrubbing or filtration of exhaust from a kitchen. The system connects to the exhaust hoods over the cooking process to provide ventilation of the kitchen. They include Oil Screen separator elements, filters for smoke and odour absorbing media to remove the contaminants and odours produced by the cooking process, prior to exhausting the air outdoors or into a common exhaust duct. These unique systems benefit the operator of the kitchen by significantly extending the useable life of the smoke filter stages many times over the change-out cycles experienced by other systems in use today. The Oil Screen ecological kitchen exhaust filtration system has no moving parts, other than the fan, and because of its simplicity, it requires little maintenance other than the occasional filter change. It is compact, easy to install and provides quiet, vibration-free operation suitable for tight installations. Programmable variable frequency speed control and advanced operator panels with real-time filter monitor gauges are available. Steel construction, with enamel paint or powder coat finish in blue colour. Custom colours are available.
