Exhaust Hoods
Complete stainless steel kitchen exhaust hoods for removing contaminants from cooking processes. Oil Screen kitchen exhaust hoods provide the highest efficiency of separation of liquid particulate at the hood, by using the patented Oil Screen separator element. This separator is not just the only system to pass the full ULC grease extraction test procedure, but it has achieved the highest filtration efficiency (over 98%) on the ULC-standard test
for grease extraction in kitchen exhaust hood filters. By removing most of the liquid particulate at the hood, the exhaust ducts remain clean and dry for dramatically longer periods of time, than with conventional filter hoods, water-wash hoods, cold-water mist hoods or hoods using UV light technology.
Oil Screen exhaust hoods are available in wall or island configurations with or without makeup air injection. Duct collars are mounted on top for connection to the exhaust duct system. Constructed from stainless steel with continuous welded seams and #4 finish, these hoods are durable and attractive for any open or closed kitchen setup. Drainage is through a drain nipple or deep cup connected to the underside of the hood to handle the large quantities of liquid separated by the hood.
All Oil Screen kitchen separator elements are washable, re-usable components guaranteed for two years.
