Industrial Filtration Systems

Based on extensive experience in the domain of mechanical separation in ventilation technology, Oil Screen has developed a mechanical separating system in close cooperation with industry. Air pollutants and contaminants from oil, emulsions and other fluids are separated from the ambient air as aerosols with the highest efficiency available in the industry today. Oil Screen industrial filtration systems dispense with an auxiliary energy supply, as well as any auxiliary material (fabric, etc.), and are particularly well suited for the separation of the following harmful substances from the air:

Aerosols:

Dispersion of fluid droplets and solid particles in a gaseous environment.

Mist:

Fluid droplets generated by supersaturated vapour through condensation when the temperature/pressure decreases.

Vapour:

Substances generated at normal ambient temperatures when the vapour pressure is below 1.013 mbar.

Fine Dust:

Solid particles less than 10 μm in diameter.
