Recirculating Ventilation

Oil Screen recirculating kitchen exhaust canopies are a compact ventless hood eliminating the need for expensive roof and ducting modifications. Available in three sizes and multiple combination options, our state-of-the‐art, stainless steel recirculating hood, incorporates the patented Oil Screen kitchen separator in the hood with a multi‐stage filtration, including stages of Oil Screen separators, HEPA filters and odour abatement filters.

Each unit comes with an integrated control panel with variable speed control and airflow sensors which measure airflow through the filtration system. These sensors will indicate when the filters need replacement or are missing.

Oil Screen recirculating kitchen exhaust canopies are to be used over electric appliances, usage over gas appliances is possible with the proper number of air changes. The recirculating exhaust canopy comes with a wet chemical fire suppression system.

• 18 ga. s/s construction, type 304 with #4 finish, continuous weld on all joints and seams.
